The Need For SleepDo you get enough sleep? Don’t underestimate the need for it! We need to sleep for a number of reasons, one of which is for our brain to file all the information that was experienced and gained during the day – in a simplistic sense. I’ve experienced first hand how sleep deprivation can be harmful in the short term – my ability to think, concentrate, construct sentences and remember things took a hit and I tended to think more negatively.
