Set Goals to Focus

If you’re struggling to reach your goals, it’s more than likely that you’re lacking the focus to do so. They go hand in hand; focus to reach goals and set goals to focus. One of the top female athletes in Canada, Kate Allgood, became a Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) specialist so she could help other athletes to focus.

In order to maintain the mental fitness required for injury-free athletic performance, Allgood learned Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) to balance and restore muscles. She became a MAT specialist, then a certified sports hypnotist so she could help

Among some of her recommendations as to how to set goals, she mentions that if you can visualise an end goal, then you should go for it. This can be applied to anyone, not just athletes.
